ABOUT PST 

The Portsmouth Swim Team, Inc. is a USA Swimming club in Portsmouth, NH. PST has two seasons, in the winter we participate in the TSSA (Tri-State Swimming Association) and in the summer we participate in the GSSA (Granite State Swimming Association). PST follows all USA Swimming and New England Swimming LSC rules and regulations and participates in only USA Swimming sanctioned meets. We are also able to provide the opportunity for swimmers who wish to compete in USS Specialty meets.

PST is fortunate to be able to use the Portsmouth Indoor Pool, a 25-meter pool for practices and host dual meets. Our practice schedule provides flexibility for swimmers to be able to attend needed practice to achieve their personal best.

Our experienced coaches, led by our head coach Nicole Ciancarelli, work with each swimmer to achieve their personal goals through strong technical skills and various speed improving exercises.
Since each child is different, he or she will progress at different rates. To ensure that all swimmers have the opportunity to excel, swimmers are placed in levels according to their ability with some emphasis on age.
