Steps to Registering your Swimmer:
The PST Fall/Winter 2009-2010 Season starts on October 20, 2009. Registration is now available online through Active Network For your convenience, Portsmouth Swim Team can now accept major credit cards or electronic check on the secure Active Network site. Dues can be paid in full or at 50% with the remaining balance paid by November 30, 2009.

The following 4 forms must be filled out online through Active Network for each swimmer prior to a swimmer's first practice:

Medical Release Form
Parent Code of Conduct
USA Swimming 2010 Registration Form
- Please determine your Team Dues by using the chart on the opposite side of the page. If you are unsure of your Age Group placement please contact office@portsmouthswimteam.com before proceeding with registration. New swimmers must attend tryouts before determining their eligibility.
- A USA Swimming Registration is required and a fee of $60 and will be charged through the Active Network at the time of sign up.
- Veteran Swimmers wishing to attend USS Meets will need to add the USS Swim Meet Contract and Meet Escrow Fees. See Information below.
- A Portsmouth Pool Membership must be obtained. Discuss your payment at the front desk.
